Overview

ORLEN Synthos Green Energy (OSGE) is a joint venture company established by Synthos Green Energy and ORLEN - the largest multi-utility company in CEE. OSGE wants to play a leading role in the deployment of small modular reactors in Poland, contributing to the effective decarbonisation of electricity generation, district heating and industry. The company's mission is to deploy a fleet of BWRX-300s from GE Hitachi. The JV enjoys exclusivity for the deployment of the GEH's SMR technology in Poland.
