The protection and security of personal data is a high priority for us. We therefore adhere to and comply with the applicable legal requirements. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

· in order to reply to inquiries submitted to our contact form section or directed to electronic mail addresses disclosed on the website (art. 6 (1) item a and b sent. 2 GDPR)
· in order to discuss, prepare or negotiate offers, or future and/or ongoing contractual relations and other business interactions (art. 6 (1) item b sent. 2 GDPR)
· in order to conclude contractual relations with you, for which the processing of your personal data is necessary (art. 6 (1) item b sent. 2 GDPR)
· in order to comply with legal obligations we have to comply with under applicable law (art. 6 (1) item c GDPR)
· in order to get in touch with you for the same aforementioned reasons, in particular to commence business transactions, for which we have a legitimate interest (art. 6 (1) item f GDPR)
· in order to defend legal claims or take any associated legal action (art. 6 (1) item f GDPR)

Whenever your personal data will be processed for further purposes, or in case your further consent (art. 6(1) item a GDPR) is required for the processing of your personal data, we will obtain this consent in advance and provide you with mandatory information. Your personal data will not be profiled.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The recipients of your personal data, amongst others, mainly are

· advisors, such es legal or tax advisors
· authorities
· IT service providers

Your data will generally not be transferred to a country not belonging to the European Union. If this is the case, you will be informed accordingly in advance, and appropriate data protection measures will be taken in order to comply with mandatory law.

DATA STORAGE

We aim to store your personal data only as long it is required. To hat extend, your personal data will in particular be stored for the following retention periods:

· until the statute of limitation on claims expires in case of processing personal data for the purposes of defence of ongoing and/or possible legal claims
· 3 (three) years from the date of submitting data or completion of business.
· 2 (two) years following execution and/or completion of the a contract, provided applicable laws do not require a longer period following execution and/or completion of the contract

7 (seven) years for tax purposes, unless your data can be erased prior to that period.

YOUR RIGHTS

In connection with the processing of personal data you shall have the following rights:

· the right to access the data (art. 15 GDPR)
· the right to rectify the data (art. 16 GDPR)
· the right to erase the data (art. 17 GDPR)
· the right to the restriction of processing of data (art. 18 GDPR)
· the right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR)
· the right to object to processing (art. 21 GDPR)
· the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (which is the Austrian Data Protection Authority – Datenschutzbehörde www.dsb.gv.at)

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

The use of our website is generally possible without you actively providing us with personal data. However, when visiting our website, we save your log data (personal data). These data inter alia include the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, your IP address of the requesting computer, the access date and time of the server request, and the client’s file query (file name and URL). These data are collected for the purpose of statistical evaluation or evidence in case of misuse of our website and are carried out in anonymized form.
